    Order Cancellations & Returns

    Due to the personalized nature of our custom printing services, all sales are final once an order has been approved for production.

    You may cancel your order only before the final proof has been approved or production has started.

    If you receive a product with a printing error that is due to our mistake, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

    Refunds & Reprints

    We do not issue cash refunds for approved orders.
    However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, we’re happy to offer either:

    • A complimentary reprint, or

    • Store credit toward a future order

    To qualify for a reprint or credit:

    • Send us clear photos showing the issue

    • Include your order number

    • Provide a brief description of the problem

    Non-Refundable Items

    The following items are non-refundable:

    • Custom-printed products (e.g., business cards, banners, apparel)

    • Digital files and completed design services

    • Orders with customer-submitted errors (e.g., typos, incorrect layouts or images)

    Reporting an Issue

    To report a problem with your order, email mairafastforwardcreations@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving it.
    Please include:

    1. Your order number

    2. Photos of the issue

    3. A short description of the problem

    We’ll review the issue and respond with the next steps promptly.
